Version 2026-09-09. These terms govern your use of Local X AI’s products: Foreman (the home-service CRM), Scout (public bid and tender alerts), and Paperboy (direct-mail campaigns).
These terms are a binding agreement between you and EnSyn Tech LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Local X AI (“Local X AI”, “we”, “us”), 522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201. Foreman, Paperboy, and every other Local X AI product are offerings of EnSyn Tech LLC, and every reference to Local X AI in these terms, in the Privacy Policy, and across the Service means EnSyn Tech LLC.
Local X AI provides Foreman — customer-relationship, job-management, AI design visualization, and invoicing tools for home-service businesses; Scout, which surfaces public bid and tender notices from supported cities for accounts we have enabled; and Paperboy, AI-personalized direct-mail campaigns (together, "the Service"). One Local X AI subscription covers Foreman and Scout. Your plan sets the Foreman property and Scout city allowances described in section 5a; team members, customer records, and AI generations are not separately metered.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your workspace. You must verify your email address before using the Service. Seats are for people in your business; credentials must not be shared.
You retain ownership of the data you enter and the photos you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing your content, processing photos through our AI rendering pipeline, and displaying results to you and to the customers you explicitly share them with. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos you submit and for complying with laws that apply to your customer data.
Design renderings are AI-generated visualizations, not engineering documents, quotes, or guarantees of a buildable result. You are responsible for reviewing every rendering before showing or selling it, and for ensuring the delivered work meets applicable codes and regulations.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If you connect your own Stripe account, payments from your customers go directly to you: you are the merchant of record, responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, your tax rates, and your tax filings. Foreman computes and displays taxes only as directed by your settings and does not provide tax advice.
Local X AI has three plans: Trial is free; Starter is $300 per month; and Unlimited is $500 per month. Trial includes three Foreman properties for the life of the workspace, one Scout city feed, and no Scout opportunity email alerts. Starter includes twenty Foreman properties each UTC calendar month, three Scout city feeds, and Scout opportunity email alerts. Unlimited includes unlimited Foreman properties and Scout city feeds, plus Scout opportunity email alerts. Account and security emails remain available on every plan.
Scout is disabled by default and enabled account by account. Buying or upgrading a plan does not enable Scout. City limits and opportunity emails apply only after your account is enabled, and only for supported cities.
Paid plans are billed monthly and continue until you cancel. Canceling stops future charges and moves the workspace to Trial at the end of the paid period. Scout opportunity email alerts stop when a workspace is no longer on Starter or Unlimited.
Texting may use a shared platform number unless your account explicitly displays a dedicated business number. Every outgoing shared-number text identifies the business. Replies are routed best-effort to the business that most recently texted that recipient; another business may be texting the same person, and a recipient's STOP applies to the shared number as a whole. Carrier delivery of any text message is never guaranteed.
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, probe or disrupt the Service, resell it without authorization, or generate deceptive imagery presented as an actual, existing installation.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and material changes will be re-presented for acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcomes of work you sell using renderings produced by the Service.
You can cancel at any time; your workspace data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service that we cannot resolve informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and both parties consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
