Version 2026-09-09. How Local X AI handles data across Foreman, Scout, and Paperboy.
Local X AI is an offering of EnSyn Tech LLC, a Washington limited liability company, 522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201 — references to “Local X AI”, “we”, or “us” in this policy mean EnSyn Tech LLC, the entity responsible for the data described here.
Account data (name, email, company), the business data you enter (jobs, customers, invoices), photos you upload, property data fetched for addresses you add, usage analytics (feature events, latency), and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps — including with your Terms of Service acceptance, where the law expects us to keep evidence).
For workspaces enabled for Scout, we also store the cities your workspace selects, the trades and buyer types you filter on, the opportunities you save, and your delivery preferences (digest frequency and timezone). The bid and tender notices themselves come from public government sources.
To operate the Service: preparing property profiles, generating AI design renderings from the photos you submit, sending the invoices you create, and transactional email (verification, password resets), and — for workspaces enabled for Scout on a paid plan — Scout opportunity digest emails. Aggregated, de-identified usage data helps us improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Stripe (payments and invoicing), object storage for uploaded photos, AI model providers for rendering (your photos are processed to produce the designs you request), property-data providers for the addresses you add, email delivery, and product analytics. Each receives only what its function requires.
PaperBoy campaign maps request public map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap. Like an ordinary website request, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address, browser details, and the tile coordinates for the visible map area. We do not include homeowner, lead, campaign, or Local X AI session data in those tile requests.
For homeowner data you enter, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions. Share pages and invoice pages are reachable only through unguessable tokened links you choose to send.
Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted from production systems. You can request deletion of specific records or your whole workspace at any time.
Transport encryption everywhere, hashed passwords (bcrypt), tenant isolation enforced at the data layer, scoped session tokens, and single-use expiring tokens for email flows.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — write to support@localxai.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (GDPR, CCPA and similar), we honor those requests within their deadlines.
Foreman and Scout share a single Local X AI account. When you move between them we pass only what the destination needs to establish your session and confirm your workspace's current plan — never your payment details or your billing records. Each app checks your workspace membership and access on its own, and Scout stays disabled until we enable it for your account.
